FUIT at CES 2012: SurfEasy

When I heard about SurfEasy last December, it gave me the idea to look for other devices at the Consumer Electronics Show that could be used to get around IT restrictions. (Of course, none of these products are really intended to skirt regulations or do anything malicious, but our point is that there are consumer devices around that could enable employees to do these activities—FUIT!)

In this video, I got a demo of SurfEasy from its founder and CEO, Chris Houston. SurfEasy is an encrypted browser with a built in VPN that connects to a proxy, all embedded on a USB stick.
