BriForum 2012 London video: Device, Data & Application Management for Corporate & Personal Devices

Thanks to the consumerization of IT, the world of enterprise mobility management has gone through huge changes within the last five years. Some issues have been solved—thanks to the opening of management APIs in mobile operating systems, iOS and Android devices can now be controlled just as tightly as BlackBerrys—while other questions continue to spark fierce debate. Is it necessary to manage entire devices, or does mobile data management and application-level security remove the need for device-level management? And how should BYOD scenarios be handled? Jack Madden has been digging into these issues since the launch of last year. This session will provide insight on how various mobile technologies work as well as strategies for dealing with both corporate and personal device. Jack will also examine and compare specialty “split-personality” solutions.

BriForum is our independent Desktop Virtualization and Enterprise Mobility conference, held in both London and Chicago. Registration for both shows is currently open. The price to attend the two day London show is currently £895. The three-day BriForum Chicago is currently accepting registrations at the Super Early Bird price of $1295 through April 26, after which the price will rise to $1495 until June 14 before ultimately going up to $1595. We're very proud of these shows, and as you can see in the video below, we have some amazing speakers and topics!

Presented by Jack Madden

This video was previously recorded at last year's BriForum London.
