Virtualization: a Beginner's Guide, is a new book released February 2009.
I know how much it can take to write a book on my own, and today this doesn't fit in my business and private schedule. Working together with Chris Wolf and Duncan Epping, I started tech-editing the book Virtualization, a Beginner's Guide. Danielle and Nelson Ruest spend a lot of time in writing this great book. It's not written for advanced virtualization admins but is useful for anyone new in virtualization. The latest technologies from Citrix, Microsoft, VMware are explained as well as server consolidation, application virtualization and virtual desktop infrastructures are covered. You can view chapter one and six, read the table of contents or buy the book here
People who want to update and broaden their skills in the virtualization arena should read this book. (Although I'm biased!)
