We just launched the website for our BriForum 2015 conferences. Can you believe this will be our 11th year, and our 17th and 18th BriForums? Who knew our crazy little idea would last so long!
BriForum 2015 London will take place from May 18-19, 2015, at ETC Venues near St. Pauls. (This is the same venue we've used for the past few years.)
For the US, we're heading to Denver this year, with BriForum 2015 Denver being held from July 20-22, 2015, at the Westin Denver Downtown. I'm excited about Denver. It's actually one of the cities we've been talking about for years, and something that Gabe and I have been pushing for. It's a cool city, it's not too hot in July, it's a place that isn't in the standard conference circuit, it's has a hub airport, and it's much more central than Boston. (Geographically Denver is even more central than Chicago, where we had BriForum for six years.) Plus, of course, Denver has great pinball bars!
If you're not familiar with BriForum, it's our vendor-neutral, highly-technical conference covering the end user computing spectrum of the enterprise IT industry, including desktop virtualization, VDI, enterprise mobility, BYOD, and DaaS. This is the only conference of the year where I make it a priority to attend all the breakout sessions instead of sitting around BS'ing with friends. (Okay, so after eleven years I have a lot of friends to BS with at BriForum too. :)
The specific topics of each year's conference are determined by you, the members of the community, who submit sessions proposals about the topics they'd like to speak about. Then Gabe and I pick the most interesting ones and put together our agenda. If you'd like to speak this year, our call for session proposals will open in January and we'll select the sessions in late February. You can submit sessions for one or both BriForums.
If you'd like to attend BriForum this year, early-bird registration for both events will open soon. See you in London! And Denver!
