Citrix Configuration Logging: Deep Dive, from BriForum 2008

One of the features introduced in Citrix Presentation Server 4.

This is a video of a breakout session from BriForum 2008, presented by Jason Conger.

Session Description: One of the features introduced in Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 was administrative configuration logging. The Configuration Logging feature allows you to keep track of administrative changes made to your server farm environment. By generating reports, you can determine what changes were made to your server farm, when they were made and which administrators made them. This is especially useful when multiple administrators are modifying the configuration of your server farm.

This session will focus on how changes are written to the database, what information is written to the database, and how to extract this information using Report Center as well as custom programming.
