BriForum 2013 Chicago session video: The Mobile App Platform Debate: Native vs. HTML5 vs. Hybrid

This session will be an open debate about the best methods for implementing applications for mobile platforms, such as tablets and smartphones. Brian and Dan will conduct a candid discussion, with the audience, on the best ways to achieve mobile application nirvana, and avoid crapplications. Topics covered include: App Stores, good or evil? Cross-platform development, fact or fiction? Can HTML5 Web apps be fast enough? What is a hybrid app, and is it best or worst of both worlds? Which management and security models are better?
