How IT People Can Speak “Developer”

No matter where you look applications are popping up everywhere from IOS, Android, Windows, Apple, Linux, etc. Developers have to deal with ever changing development platforms, while admins struggle to keep up and support software delivered by development. GUI tools are being replaced by PowerShell commands and due to infrastructure growth, administrators are having to learn "development" to automate internal processes. Many of you may be faced with learning to "script" and automate.  In this session, we will smackdown all of the major development platforms: C#, Java, Objective C, C++, VB.Net, VB-Script, PowerShell, HTML 5, etc. and list pro/cons of each platform. Attendees will also learn about various IDE's (Integrated Development Environment) and strengths of each.  AJax, JQuery, ASP.NET, and other buzz words got you confused? This session is for you.  This is not a development session but rather a development platform session. Previous development experience not necessary to attend this session.
