Citrix releases WISP 2007 tech preview

If you haven't heard of WISP, it stands for Web Interface for SharePoint, and it lets SharePoint customers use SharePoint to access Citrix applications and content instead of Citrix's own Web Interface. If you have Subscription Advantage, WISP is available for no cost.

Microsoft releases an RDP v6 Mac beta client

Today Microsoft released a beta version of the RDP v6 client for Mac OSX. However, it seems to be missing many of the cool Windows 2008 RDP 6 features, like the ability to connect to a seamless windows application or the ability to use the TS SSL Gateway.

Oh wow! Citrix Access Essentials is actually cool now!

At iForum in Edinburgh, Scotland, last month, I learned that Citrix's Small Business product, Citrix Access Essentials, has had many improvements since it was first released in 2005. In fact, it' actually a very cool product now!
