Hello from VMworld 2012 San Francisco! Today was the End User Computing keynote which focused on desktop virtualization, BYOD, apps, Horizon, and mobile. Gabe, Jack, and Brian huffed it over to the TechTarget booth where they were joined by Shawn Bass for this live streamed radio show.

Here's what we talked about in the show:

  • Project AppShift
  • Wanova
  • Horizon Suite
  • Mobile apps and app wrapping—why not use app wrapping for Android, too?
  • Horizon Data
  • Managing XenApp with Horizon
  • Sandboxed email on mobile devices
  • MokaFive
  • A sneak preview of View for iPhone

For a quick overall summary of the keynote, also check out Brian's live blog. Thanks for listening!
