Check the logoffchecksysmodules key. I had a strange issue that during install acrobat.exe was added to this key and hence would not start in a seamless session. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Citrix\wfshell\TWI Value...

Looks like there is a post kb hotfix for this patch. I don't know if it addresses this issue or not, but I would definitely follow up with M$.
