RE: XenApp client 11.0 client seems to have broken pass-through authentication on published desktops?
I've seen this happen on the desktop installs when upgrade from a 9.x client. You might try either 1) upgrade to 10.2 first and then 11.0 or 2) uninstall any previous clients and then install 11.0.
