Oil & Gas, Utility and Engineering successfully enabled effective change management, overseeing project chart development, task assignments, and quality assurance with 14 technical staff/contractors and a $7 million budget.
Senior Management Consultant - Contractor | ALBERTA JUSTICE & ATTORNEY GENERAL, Edmonton, Canada [2009 - 2010]
Maximized deployment of the web based Court Case Management System (CCM) by leading planning, development, implementation, and ongoing production/test environment support by managing a $7 million project budget and 7-member technical team. Paved the way for successful execution of service modernization through partnership with MS Dynamics, IBM, PRISM, and Alberta courts for this $35 million system delivery.
Project Portfolio Management & Service Delivery Management | SUMITOMO CORPORATION, Japan/KSA [2007 – 2009]
¡ Improve Projects Success: Direction and management in initiating, planning, executing multi-million dollar systems implementation programs/projects for Sumitomo Corporation. Worked at all levels across a 2500 person organization to build relationships create processes and implement organizational structure for project portfolio management. Consolidated over 100 projects down to 20 key initiatives and less than 80 ancillary projects. Enabled IT leadership to proactively manage employee workload, optimize project resources, and greatly improve project completion rates.
¡ Effective Program Management: Implemented enterprise wide ADP and PeopleSoft Financials/HRMS/Benefits in a multibillion dollar organization with multiple subsidiaries resulting in an integrated financial resulting in an enterprise savings of approximately $10 million annually in increased efficiency and productivity.
¡ PMO: worked on 3 programme, at a 5 year, $300 million business. Provided fuel cards service for Wataniah across 400 fuel stations locally. Working in partnership with Logica, to replace current Wataniah card service system with GFN product. Implemented a full integrated with Microsofy Dynamics AX, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft BI/MI, Oracle and number of other enterprise and 3rd party applications.
¡ Project Management: for “PIMS Invensys” “where I enabled Wataniah’s large plant with cell technology, to communicate well with other areas in the plant utilizing such as PLC/SCADA as domain of controls engineer. Sharing the data with production control (ERP). PMIS Specifications are: Data Acquisitions and Historian, Alarm and Even Monitoring, Plant Data Monitoring, Mass and Energy Balances including Data Reconciliation, Plant Wide Material Balance and Accounting, Order Movement Management, Laboratory IMS, Operations Logbook, Emissions Monitoring, Downtime Monitoring, Data Reconciliation, KPI Collection and Calculation, Integration with SAP.

Project Manager and responsible for initiating & overseeing projects for RWE Power Middle East. Steered on-time EDI for global 3 power stations with value of $18 million dollar each, was responsible for managing systems. Implementations and integrations with a budget of $3 million and 8 local/virtual staff.
As PM and IT Consultant I improved IT process with zero downtime and EDI web application with Siemens, ABB, and LOGICA systems. Liaised with senior stakeholders and led complex project bidding reviewing of SLAs, SOW impacting more than 20 IT vendors.
