Hi,
yesterday our Users couldn't connect via our PS4 webinterface anymore. We searched our farm servers for errors, but couldnt find anything. In our WI log the following error message showed up: 'An error occurred when processing incoming CGP downstream data'
It took some time but now we found out what caused the error: some days ago we reinstalled some of our servers. If one does this, the server gets a different STA-UID than it had before. But on the WI the old STA-UID is still present and thus, connects are denied. Two ways to solve this: either you a) exchange the STA-UID on all newly installed servers with the old one or you b) change the UID's on the WI to the new ones. We now added a script to our autoinstall routines to backup the file on a share and restore it after the installation itself is done. Default path to the file is: 'c:\Programme\Citrix\System32\CtxSta.config', in the file you find a string like 'UID=STAxxxxxxx' - this is the STA-UID.
