Hi Guys,

please help me on the following. we have webinterface 5.4 and access gateway 5.0 version, and the authentication is set at access gateway for external (internet) users. I would like to enable the change password option in webinterface for them, but i am not able to locate the seeting in the webinterface site properties. my colleague said me that, this is not possible because the authentication is set to @ access gateway. is it true? if not where i can find the setting?

Thanks,

Gnanadesigan R

Your colleague is correct. If you are authenticating at Access Gateway, you do not have the option to enable password changes in web interface.
