Hi Guys

First post!!!! Big Smile

Have a XenApp farm (6 servers). We have the WIA service disabled or set to manual on all the servers.

If a new driver is installed on any of the servers (printer, video card etc) the service changes back to Automatic

Has anyone seen this? We want the service to stay disabled no matter what happens
