This is our scenario. A user logs in to the AG and a new session is created, the web interface time out duration is reached and the user must log in again so a new session for the same user is created on the AG. Is this normal, or should the user connect to the same AG session? The problem is that it uses up another license so the one user could potentially be utilising multiple licenses for one active connection until the other ones time out. Is the answer just to align the AG and web interface time out values? Or is there anything else that can be done?
