Citrix VDI session for applications remains connected even after user logs off the virtual machine. When the user logs back on the application previously in use comes up. Is there a way to log off the user from the application as well when she logs off the virtual machine?

If you are providing applicaiton via xenapp  set disconnected time out and idl time out in terminal session

 

if you want to log off of the disconnected vdi set HDX policy and assign the desktop group.
