We are a large organization and have deployed Citrix Receiver 3.1 to our call centers and have had a lot of user complaints since the deployment. Investigation is pointing to ICA latency spikes. We've examined the network and this appears to be specific to ICA traffic and we are leaning towards the receiver causing the latency as that was the only meaningful change around the time the issue was first reported.
Has anyone else seen this issue? We upgraded from version 12.x to the 3.1.
