Under PS4, Is it possible to assign certain users rights just to kill disconnected sessions in the Management console, not full admin rights?

My understanding is that you can give Citrix Administrators the ability to "Connect Sessions", "Disconnect Users", "Log Off Users", "Reset Sessions", "Send Messages", and "View Session Management". It does not appear to get granular enough to have them kill just the "disconnected" sessions.
