upon logon i'm seeing eventID 1116, description below:Printer auto-creation failure. Reason: AddPrinter() failed with status 0x3EB. Client name: (domain-username) Printer name: (CutePDF Writer (from domain-username) in session 1 (redirected 1) (from domain-username) in session 8) Port name: (Client:8:CutePDF Writer (from domain-username) in session 1 (redirected 1)) Driver name: (Remote Desktop Easy Print) Print processor: (WINPRINT)
this error is only logged when i'm connecting from home via cag RDP to workstation at work and from there i launch WI and then remote desktop to one of our xa servers. it actually maps all printers, the error 1116 is against all printers on my home pc.
environment: xenapp 6.5 w2k8 r2 sp1, brand new install, default UPD drivers only
anyone can help what to do?
