URGENT - Admin access to CMC on PS4.0 Farm, in the Citrix XenApp / Presentation Server forum on BrianMadden.com

Hi, HELP! just made a stupid mistake and change the Permissions on the security group that had Full Access to the CMC of our PS4.0 farm to Custom and now have not admin with Full Access to the CMC.

Is there anything I can do to resolve this??? 

Any advice would be appreciated urgently.
