Hi

I am looking for some advice in enabling Session Reliability for external usethou rough the Access Gateway. Internal users go straight to the web interface, session reliability is on in the farm and works as expected. I have opened up port 2598 from our AG to internal network, but SR still doesn't work. Do I need to follow the configuration as detailed in this article? http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX112764

Does this need done even though our AG uses an Advanced Access Control server? If I do have to do this what will happen to active users at the time of setting this up? Will there be downtime?

Anything else I am missing here?

Using Presentation Server 4.5.
