Just received new XenServer Platinum Service Provider licenses from Citrix and installed. They are coming up as "Expired" in the XenCenter console even though the licenses are "Permanent". I checked the license files themselves and they definitely say permanent. I even took out the old license files, restarted the license service and had the license service re-read the license files. Any ideas why the licenses are coming up as Expired in XenCenter?
We are using XenServer 5.6.
After opening up a case with Citrix and going through the hoops, they confirmed this is an issue on their end. They were able to successfully reproduce the issue. Right now, the issue is escalated and I'm still waiting for an answer.
