I have an issue where one of our users uses dual displays.  Primary 1 runs in 1440x900  and the other in 1280x1024.  The second monitor is a second monitor positioned above the top left of the primary display.

Running published Outlook 2010 on the 1280x1024 display; if you click on file and options, the dialog appears but you cannot put the mouse over it.  The keyboard does still work and you can use ALT+? to navigate.  This happens on all published applications as far as I'm aware.

If the pulished application is on the 1440x900 display (monitor display) the problem does not occur.  This is the same if the publihed app is launched on the external display and then dragged onto the laptop display.

Using Windows 2008 R2 Standard, Xenapp 6, Xenapp Client 12.0.3 on Windows 7 x64.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Si

I had the same issue last week with a client who called. The temporary workaround I found was to change the order of the monitors. In other words, switch the order of the monitors. That is, 1 --> 2 and 2 --> 1. That did the trick. Try it and let us know.
