We have a new XenApp 6 farm with all published apps. We have published Group Wise and can print text emails and Word or Excel attachments without issue. When we try to print an HTML based email, the following error pops up immediately.

I am sure that is getting blocked in accessing the default web browser to render the message prior to printing, but I am stumped as to where to grant this access so printing can run normally. Any help would be much appreciated.
Found that the Local Admin had locked down the Browser Print Menu access within Group Policy and the ability to launch non-published apps was locked down. The combination of these prevented the HTML message from getting rendered in preparation for printing.
