Hello all, long time fan of this forum first time poster.  We are in the middle of deploying Xen5 in our hospital and I'm trying to get our main system working.  It is working properly in our version 4 farm.  Anyhow, the application will load and run, but when I try to view a patient report the application has to load a document viewer application within the same session.  If I'm logged into citrix with a domain admin account (ie...local admin of the xen svr box) everything works and the viewer app loads.  If a normal domain user tries the document view will not load.  I've tested thru the web interface and program neighborhood via an IPAD and I get the same results.

I have logged on to the actual xen app svr with the normal domain user and ran the application outside of citrix and the viewer will load when the report is called.  I've checked the actual application folder and the permissions are "everyone\full control".

To me it has to be a session setting or permission setting within citrix.  I'm lost.  Any help is appreciated.

It might  to be permission issue.

Publish de document viewer application for your domain user and see if they can start it. If yes let thwm open the other applicatie and see

if the patient repport opens in the viewer.

If your domain user cannot open the viewer then it must be permission issues
