I have published a Sharepoint 2007 (MOSS) site and when i attempt to "Edit in Microsoft Excel" I get the following error:

"'Edit Document' requires a Windows SharePoint Services-compatible application"

A quick google search finds http://support.microsoft.com/kb/833714 however I have followed all of those pieces of advice and still not having any luck. When I RDP into the server and perform the same actions, it works fine. Any ideas that I can try? Has anyone else come accross this? I'm running Xenapp 4.5 on W2k3 x64 servers.
