Two of my servers stopped reporting to EdgeSight last week. I restarted the service thinking it may have crashed but that did not help. I looked under messages on the EdgeSight server and it was saying "In Violation - Payloads with additional violations will be rejected. Payloads without additional violations will be processed."
The event log on the server shows: "The Citrix EdgeSight agent is no longer in or could not enter a licensing grace period."
I have already requested additional licences however in the meantime is there a way to harvest this information (session count for a particular day) directly from the server?

Until you can get the agent to report in properly to the EdgeSight Server, the data is stuck in the local database on the server the agent is on. There's no way to get at it, sorry. i'd be more concerned about why your servers suddenly stopped reporting.
Why is it called "Common Sense"? It doesn't seem all that common!
