We will be converting to Windows Server 2008 with the newest version of XenApp later this year and are looking into our user profile strategy/options. We use roaming profiles with folder redirection, but no profile management software at this time.
AppSense looks awesome and would be perfect, but with that comes a large price tag that we cannot justify. Citrix Profile Management does not appear to be robust enough to handle the multiple O/S issue.
Are our only options to convert each user to the Windows 2008 servers individually or have two separate profiles? Are there any other products available that solve the multiple O/S issue?
