Hello,

We're currently in the process of planning our Edgesight server upgrade from 5.1 to 5.2.1. I was wondering what the approximate time was for upgrading the web/report/db components from beginning to end? Just trying to prepare for the necessary downtime.

If all goes well you can do it in under an hour.  I would recommend backing up the DB, Reporing Server/Reports and also the physical Edgesight Server. 

Before the upgrade, stop the RSSH service (I think) to stop the agent polling in case of a rollback.

Agree with that certainly  - should be around an hour.  Ours was.
