Well,

I have a few questions, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have rolled out server 2008 r2 RDS servers, I have setup IP Virtualization and am not seeing this work. I thought it was because I statically set my Ip Addresses on both RDS servers, so I set it to obtain a DHCP lease and setup a reservation. I have IP virtualization enabled  Per Session and have selected the network card to use.

Any Suggestions? Is there a service that isn't started  correctly, would reinstalling the role help?

I have a profile question,

It creates two profiles, why? I understand it creates the newer profile because of the way the newer Operating Systems are laid out but why does it create 2 of them?

we have the Group Policy setting for Home Directory enabled and want it to map to the profile, however it maps to the profile that doesn't contain any of the users personalized settings.

Sorry if the explanation seems out to lunch, but any help would be appreciated.

As far as the profiles are concerned, are you talking about V2 profiles?
