Position Title:  Enterprise Solutions Architect

Company Description: Emineo Group is a small, growing Value Added Reseller, offering Enterprise consulting services to businesses of all sizes.  We specialize in enabling cloud computing.  While we offer a broad range of products and services, we focus primarily on virtualization technologies (server, desktop, application, & storage) using products from Citrix, VMware, Microsoft, EqualLogic, NetApp, HP, Dell, and many more.

Position Description: We are currently seeking a Senior IT Consultant with a broad and deep range of skills.  Consultant will be responsible for leading and managing customer deployments and projects.  Specifically, this individual should have in-depth experience with Citrix technologies (XenApp/XenDesktop), as well as server virtualization technologies (VMware/XenServer/HyperV).  Individual should be a self-starter, able to take an assignment and drive it through to successful completion.  Some travel may be required.  This is a full-time salaried position (no contractors or 1099 consultants please).  Salary, benefits, and relocation assistance depend on experience.

Required Skills/Certifications (you should have all of these):Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (2000/2003/2008)

• Heavy Citrix XenApp &/or XenDesktop experience
• Server Virtualization experience
• Active Directory experience
• Project Management and Enterprise Deployment experience
• Ability to communicate with all levels of users, including executives
• Disaster Recovery and High Availability
• Firewalls, Routers, & other networking hardware
• Excellent Documentation skills

Desired Skills/Certifications (you should have some of these):

• Exchange experience
• Citrix products (NetScaler, WANScaler, Password Manager, Access Gateway, etc.)
• Citrix certifications (CCEA, CCA, etc.)
• Microsoft Servers (SQL, IIS, Sharepoint, Project, SMS, etc.)
• Desktop Virtualization products:  XenDesktop, View, Pano Logic
• Novell NetWare and GroupWise
• Cisco products & technologies
• Storage Area Networks
• SonicWALL, CheckPoint, FortiNet, and other firewall products
• Linux/Unix
• Understanding of business principles
• Understanding of sales and marketing principles
• Training &/or mentoring experience
