Our environment has LMC installed on our web interface server. Both LMC(jakarta) and web interface are placed in the default website in IIS. The LMC work as an https site. Unfortunately we are unable to down load anything, licenses, historical reports in csv format etc. We recieve the following error message. "Internet explorer cannot download the SpoolFile from the localhost. Internet explorer was not able to open this internet site. The requestes site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later."Except this, LMC works fine, we are able to see the license usage, generate reports etc. Could some one help us with this?
