When users access a published app via Citrix at times they get US keyboard setting rather than UK. This happens from time to time. The Citrix servers have been setup with windows server 2003 Ent x64 with only UK regional and keyboard settings so unsure where Citrix is picking up the US settings from.
Can anyone help? and has anyone come up with the same issue before?
