Anyone has any info about the error above? It happen sporadically and now it happens more often when users try to connect. Majority of our users are fine, anyone point to some of the reasons and resolution would be greatly appreciated.
I've resolved the issue, haven't touch Citrix for 2 years, other backup administrator play with Citrix settings and unfortunately pointed preferred citrix server to a box that is not stable and unable to connect to datastore that's why we have sporadic connection failured.
Change preference order and fix other problem citrix server and solved. thanks!
