We have physicians from other organizations that work in our hospitals providing care for there patients. They have there own ehr applications that they need to access while in our hospitals. To try and provide the most consistent and secure method of access we are trying to publish there Internet Explorer/terminal server  link which uses RSA in Citrix. This is working fine except for trying to allow printing it is not mapping from citrix to the 2008 terminal server. We are mapping the printers ok in citrix from there workstation it is just not remapping to the second terminal server. If we connect directly to the physicians terminal server from the workstation the printers map ok so the terminal server is set to correctly map. Does anyone know if there is a way to accomplish this. Thank You.

Have you looked at the printer options on the RDP? protocol from the Citrix Server? Are you able to go to another internal Server cfrom a Citrix Server and get printers?

Are they using EasyPrint?

Have looked at printer option in rdp it is set to connect, protocol is set to use users settings, rdp does map ok when connecting directly to one of my 2008 servers from my desktop but it does not when going through Citrix. Makes first hop ok (maps to citrix) but does not make secong hop (map to terminal server). Not sure if they are using Easy Print, Thanks
