hi guys

i have a prob with some of my servers

i have scheduled the servers to be rebooted every week on sunday

but after the reboot the RDp listening port 65537 shows its down

i have to reset the session then it works fine

for now i have a script calling a batch file that resets the session

but can anyone give me a permanent solution for this and y it happens

I am guessing 2003 R2 SP2, does the listener start then hang or not start?  Did you try to re-create the listener? Is this accross all Servers or just one?

its across all the servers but it happens in random

event log suggests that the system couldnt load the RDPDD.dll file properly

i guess thats y this happens

but i cannot find a permanant solution for this

for now i have a batch file resetting the ICA and RDp sessions after the server restarts

can u give me any other option

i found a solution for this

microsoft has a hotfix for this exact problem
