We have the client printer setup.  I know we have to have the printer drivers on the TS and the clients.  My question is, do the versions of the printer drivers have to match?  We have people using PS and PCL drivers versions 3-6 of the same printer.  So do i have to install all versions of all drivers?

It depends on the driver and how the driver is named.  Best practice would be to limit the drivers down to one version (and print language) per printer model on both client and server.

I agree with James...however, there are situations where one user needs a PS specific driver while another user needs a PCL driver, so yes...you will need both residing on the server(s).  I've seen situations where Citrix Farms are built into exisiting environments with many printers and print servers with no print standardization which can make it tedious.  I would start by trying to use the Citrix UPD's if you are on Xen 4.5.  If you are on PS 4.0 match the drivers.

Also, various printer vendors have universal drivers available to further reduce the number of drivers in the environment.  I know of Ricoh and HP off the top of my head.
