I have been researching and am not getting far. We just put in a bunch of Sharp MX-M620N printers/copiers. The Citrix clients below 10 work fine, the ones past that no print. I was able to change the Print Processor from RAW to EMF and that helped some of the newer apps but to get the old apps to print I am having to make the registry change on each client PC per CTX115553 but I have too many clients and don't want to do aeven automated registrt changes. Anyone have any better ways to get these damn things to work?

What are your clients getting.  UPD?  Or did you install drivers, Or map printers?  What versions of software do you have?  Expound please on the no print?  Shows up in queue but no output?

I haven't answered posts in quite some time, but I have Sharps and went through some work to make them work just right..so - thought I'd offer.

Are the drivers installed or UPD?  If UPD try changing the UPD print processor:

HKLM\Software\Citrix\UniversalPrintDriver\DriverList...

If installed try Session Printers
