I have 4 citrix servers on VMware and a AAC server. I have the AAC pointed to the Farm under Farm Properties and have the servers listed as STAs in Gateway Properties, but when I log into the web interface I don't see any applications. Any ideas? I'm not using SSL or NAT at this time. I'm just trying to get this working first.

do you have the web interface configured to use the AAC server? Do you have WI loaded on the same box as the AAC?

The WI is configured to use the AAC and the WI is not on the same box as the AAC.

If you reconfigure your WI site to not use AAC and access it locally, do you see your applications?  If so, verify that each application is configured to allow access through AAC.  On the properties of application, go to Access Control and make sure "Allow connections through Access Gateway Advanced Edition" is checked.
