IE Print Preview does not work correctly in CAE 2.x , in the Printing forum on BrianMadden.com

Hello, room. Our environment: Windows 2003 SP2 Citrix Access Essentials (CAE 2.x) with the latest rollup. IE 6.0 We have an IE-based app that we create a URL shortcut on a published Citrix desktop (not a published app). The shortcut points to a web server on a network. The issue: The IE print preview does not show (preview) any web page content correctly. It only shows the header and footer of the page. If we log in via RDP, we can use the print preview for the same page. It shows the correctly content. Regardless of pages being previewed on, it does not work in Citrix while RDP does just fine. As soon as we log into the Citrix desktop, we will have the same issue. We don't have this issue when we access the same web-based app in Citrix PS 4.5. That is really weird. I am trying to debug this issue. Where should I start looking at and what tools should I employ to look behind the scene? Thanks a lot in advance.
