Hi all, Am having a problem with a user, anytime he minimized an application it disappeared. can anyone help

Sounds like a profile problem.  Have you renamed the users profile and had them try it?

thanks for your suggestion, but this user is only having problem with one application, the rest are fine

Does the same happen to you or others logging into the same machine?  If so, try deleting the MSLicensing key in the registry on that pc.  HKLM\Software\Microsoft and delete the MSLicensing.  It will recreate.

What XenApp/rollup level are you on? Depending on level, there are fixes for seamless apps. Is this seamless?

I will try your suggestion by deleting the MSlicensing and l will let you know the outcome.

l dont know the Xenapp/rollup level they are on, because am 4 days old in this environment, l will check out and let you know.

Also test the possible seamless issue, if applicable. You can use PN to launch the app in specified window sizes or change the WI launching size. Again - if seamless is a possible issue here.

Also, is this user on a multi-monitor workstation? If so, review this article:

Also, make sure the client computer has the latest Citrix client.
