In Web Interface 4.6, after login there is NO icon to choose 'Customize the User Interface'

Does anyone know how to enable this option, this is for a 4.5 farm.?

Hi,

The available options for allowing/denying users access to the various customization settings are all under "Manage session preferences" in the AMC.
