Hi expert,

I've a problem after published the ms outlook 2003 via XenApp 5 - PNAgent to all the users.

Problem 1:

Once user login to his/her personal comp, if they access the outlook locally and it does not ask for second login for to access the personal email account. If they click on published outlook frm PNAgent or WI, once completed loaded, user is asking to login again with username/password before can access the email account. Sometime even worse request to reconfigure the outlook profile. Pls advise.

Problem 2:

Once user click on any of the published apps via PNAgent/WI, it loaded successfully but when user end the apps or close the published apps, the destination published apps server Example: XenApp Server desktop screen will loaded and show saving profiles and exits. I wan user to see only the published apps and after end the apps nothing else will appear without any windows logoff screen show in end user PC's. If the apps published via WI even worse, mean after user login, the entire windows desktop background change to published apps server background but the setting remain unchange. Only change is client desktop background color.

Please advise urgently. Thanks very much....

I have heard about an unusual software on the Inet. Once I tried to download it. To my great surprise this tool almost destroyed my PC. I was upset about this situation. But for luck I entered the Google and by chance found out - recover lost password outlook. It was effective and solved my issue within short time and completely free of charge. Besides I knew some interesting facilities this program.

Problem 1 possible solution:

I think i have ran into this before where a user launches a published app then a few minutes later they would have to hit ctrl+alt+del to unlock the app. If this is the case you need to set a GPO policy in Active Directory or on the local Citrix server. On the local Citrix server open gpedit.msc --> Windows settings --> Local Policies --> Security options. Under there ENABLE "Interactive Logon: Do not require CTRL+ALT+DEL". If there are multiple servers this is best done as a group policy in AD.

Hope that helps.
