Cannot locate Microsoft Visual FoxPro support library (Published App), in the Application Installation & Compatibility forum on BrianMadden.com

Hi!

Currently running Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 and installed an application that requires the Microsoft Visual FoxPro support library. The application launches and runs just fine from the Server but when launching it from the Citrix Client (Published), I get a Microsoft Visual FoxPro error message that it "Cannot locate the Microsoft Visual FoxPro support library".

The application and Visual Fox Pro were installed using Install Mode under the Administrator Account. The application run's just fine from the server. But even after loading Visual FoxPro on the client machine, the error still remains.

I have verified that the files exist in M:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft shared\VFP.Some have suggested copying the VFP .dll's to the system folder. Others suggested registering the files but no luck. I dont think this is the issue anyways.

The application runs just fine if installed directly on the machine. In fact I have this same package installed on close to 100 machines. The issue seems to be related to the application when using the Citrix client.

Any thoughts, idea's or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
