Gentleman,

I hope someone can shed some light on my question. We currently have a Zenapp 4.5 farm on Windows 2003. Now I am currently looking at moving ot streaming apps.

From what i have read the only change to the farm will be the requirement of an additional server that  hosts the streaming profiler. Both the apps and streaming profiler will be held on this one server. Is this correct ? as my understanding is that the streaming profile hold the packages or snaphshots for each application ?

Can someone please confirm this ?

Thanks,

Curry

Hey

Well..you will need some sort of File Share that will host your applications. It can be anywhere, like your Xenapp Server (but what if your xenapp server dies?)

The Streaming Profilier should be installed on a clean pc that matches your environment. This is used to create or profile the applications. It will ask you for a place to save (store) them and this will be your file share mentioned above.

Hopefully this is what you needed..

thanks
