Hi,

All of a sudden we've started getting the below errors on our XenApp servers:

Payload General Exception: The EdgeSight for Presentation Server license status is  [In_Violation], and the device SERVERNAME at IP ADDRESS has additional violations in the payload.  The payload will be deleted.
Citrix.SystemMonitoring.EdgeSight.Loader HandleLicenseExceeded

We've got EdgeSight licenses so I don't understand why this is happening.

Any ideas anyone?

We've got this since we moved to version 5.0.  Apparently Service Pack 2 fixes this issue.  You can also try deleting the devices and see if the error clears when they get "rediscovered"
