I have about 20 users on a pair of Windows Server 2003 XenApp 5.0 servers. I am publishing a full screen desktop for the users. I have about 16-20 applications that I publish on the desktop, including Outlook 2003.

All applications function correctly, corporate installed an OCS server to allow these users to IM with users that are in the states. I have no control and very little knowledge about the OCS server.

The OCS client 2007 installs on the server without any problems or issues. When the first Citrix client logs on they are able to start Communicator and use it. When the second and subsequent clients log on they get the message "Office Communicator is already running".

I have not been able to get Communicator to run even on a x64 2003 terminal server without Citrix.

Has anyone else incurred this error or have a solution?
