I cannot solve this problem. It's like a mystery. Is it even possible I wonder.

I just cannot access my virtual desktops over the internet. I've tried every possible combination when it comes to Web Interface's Secure Access Settings, namely Direct, Alternate, Translated, Gateway Direct, Gateway Alternate, Gateway Transtaled. Nothing works.

I can perfectly access my desktops within LAN but over WAN, I can only log into the Web Interface and once I click to launch the desktop, plugin starts but desktops can never be launched. I get the generic "Unable to connect to the desktop. This may be a temporary problem..." error. And the funny thing is, I get the same problem for each different Secure Access Setting combo.

There some tutorials out there but all of them are written for people that have DMZ capabilities. I just don't have that capability just yet. I will employ DMZ in the future but for POC, I'd like to access my desktops without DMZ.

Any ideas, direction? I'd greatly appriciate any help offered.

Thanks in advance
