We have been using streamed applications for a while now, some of them streamed plugins for Internet Explorer 7. Couple of weeks ago, the streamed plugins for Internet Explorer, startet to become slow at startup. It shows that the Internet Explorer is consuming about 100% CPU, and the Radesvc.exe is maxing out at 20%.
The webpage configured to open in the streamed package, open after a while, but takes at least 5 minutes. Opening the same site through the lokal Internet Explorer is no problem, and the symptom is on every one of our streamed IE plugins.
Trying to repackage the plugin results in the same CPU consumption when opening IE through the Profiler. As I said, this happend all the sudden and we have since been trying to backtrack our recent changes to the servers.
The only change we have made globally to all our servers are applying KB958644 MS patch, CTX119692 and Sophos Antivirus installation. Now I have tried disabling Sophos (by disabling the services), but to no awail. I really cannot see how the MS patch could set something like this off either. The Citrix patch is just for our Citrix servers and does not apply to f.ex. our profiler server.
Any suggestions?

I testet uninstalling the Antivirus klient tonight, which looks like solves the problem. This is unfortinently not the "solution" I was looking for, when we cant do without one. I will have to involve Sophos support in this one I think, if we cant get round it by excluding some directories.
Strange thing is that the symptoms would not dissapear until the Antivirus agent was uninstalled...
To be continued, even tough it looks like I am the only one experiensing this perticular problm
Fix from Sophos support:
Remove Sophos_detoured.dll from AppInit_DLLs in:HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows
This disables HIPS completly and enables us to stream applications without CPU spikes.
